Very sad. I can't imagine what that might've been like.
I've flown 10-12 times, and never had anything go wrong. I consider myself lucky, but I consider my dad luckier. He's flown all over the country, probly 5000 flights, at least, and the closest he has ever come to disaster is the pilot having to pull off the runway just as the plane was about to land because of another plane still being on the runway.
My dad, being a frequent flyer, if you will, knows a lot about the various planes. He said it was most likely a massive electirical failure in midair that did it.
It is very sad indeed.

Theories. Yes, It is. I heard many different ways it happened, but all I know is death isn't a funny thing, my 2 grandfathers and aunt died of all non natural causes and I live to tell you this sadly.
