Radar= inactive

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but Radar has been inactive the past couple months. If he's on when I'm not, forgive me, I wouldn't know.
Anyone else notice?
I think if he is an admin, he needs to be at least semi-active.
And if this leads to change in staff, I say demote Radar completely and move Noble to admin.
